Get a precise answer first time
Most questions can be answered in one reply when the message holds a few details. Name the gas code, for example R449A or R32, the number of cylinders and the delivery country. Add your company name and EU VAT number if you want a quote with the correct VAT treatment.
Typical requests
- A gas that is out of stock or quoted only, such as R1234ze.
- A safety data sheet or certificate not yet listed on the documents page.
- Payment by bank transfer against invoice.
- Cylinder returns and refills through the Riga warehouse.
- Pallets, tanks and supply contracts, which are faster through the wholesale form.
