Delivery and payment
We ship small orders by courier and large volumes by freight, on pallets or in tanks, to every EU member state.

Include a phone number, email address and full delivery address with your order so the carrier can reach you. Tracking is emailed when the order leaves the warehouse.

The invoice is emailed with the tracking number when your order ships.
Before the order ships
Each order goes through the F-gas check before it leaves the warehouse. Complete certificate details at checkout keep that step short. If something is missing, we contact you by email or phone, so give a number the warehouse can reach during working hours.
Dangerous goods carriage
Refrigerant cylinders travel as dangerous goods under ADR road rules. That is why freight dates for pallets and tanks are agreed in advance, and why routes that include a sea crossing carry an extra charge. Check the cylinders on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
VAT and invoices
All prices on the site exclude VAT. An EU company with a VAT number that validates is invoiced under the reverse charge and accounts for VAT in its own country. Without a valid number, VAT is added at checkout. Bank transfer against invoice is available on request, which suits purchasing departments that cannot pay by card.
Returnable cylinders
Cylinders are refillable and returnable. Empties are taken back at our Riga warehouse, and refills are carried out at the Latvian service centre. For regular volumes, combine returns with your next delivery through wholesale supply. UK delivery is handled by quotation, see UK buyers.
