Who can buy refrigerant gas from you?
Under Regulation (EU) 2024/573 we may only supply HFC refrigerants to buyers who hold an F-gas certificate, companies that employ certified technicians, or businesses buying for resale. At checkout you enter your certificate number and issuing country, or choose resale. We check the details before dispatch.
Which refrigerants do you sell?
R32, R454B, R410A, R407C, R134a, R1234yf, R1234ze (by quotation), R513A, R404A (regenerated), R448A, R449A, R452A, R407F, R507, R422D and R125. Each gas page lists cylinder size, safety class, GWP, stock and every pack size.
How long does delivery take?
France 1-4 working days, the rest of the EU 2-6 working days. Pallet shipments can take a little longer. Deliveries that need sea transport carry an extra charge, which we confirm before shipping. You receive a tracking number by email when the order leaves the warehouse.
Can my company buy without VAT?
Yes. Companies with a valid EU VAT number buy without VAT under the reverse charge rules. Enter the VAT number at checkout.
Do you give a better price for larger quantities?
Packs of 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 cylinders cost less per kilogram than single cylinders, and the per-kilogram price is shown in every price table. For pallets, tanks or regular supply, ask for a quote.
How can I pay?
Card payments through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) and PayPal. Bank transfer against an invoice is available on request.
What documents come with the gas?
Each cylinder carries an EU-compliant label. Safety data sheets, certificates and certificates of analysis are on the documents page, and the invoice arrives by email with the tracking number.
Do you refill empty cylinders?
Yes, at our service centre in Latvia. Send empty cylinders there and we refill, pressure test and leak test them before returning them. Refill prices depend on the gas and volume. Empty cylinders are accepted back at our Riga warehouse.
Can I return a cylinder I do not need?
Unopened, unused cylinders in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. If a cylinder arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos and we send a replacement.

My certificate was issued in another EU country. Is it valid?
Yes. Certificates issued under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2067 are recognised in every member state. Enter the number and the issuing country at checkout.
Can I still use R404A for servicing?
Virgin R404A may not be used to service refrigeration equipment since 2025. Our R404A is regenerated gas, which the regulation treats differently, subject to labelling and its conditions. Many owners use the next service visit to plan a move to R449A or R448A.
Can I put R32 or R454B into an R410A unit?
No. Both are A2L gases and may only be used in equipment designed and rated for them. See the AC refrigerant page for the full comparison.
How do I calculate CO2e for a cylinder?
Multiply the GWP by the weight in kilograms and divide by 1,000. A 12 kg cylinder of R134a at GWP 1,430 equals 17.16 t CO2e.
Why is R1234ze not priced online?
R1234ze is supplied by quotation only. Send quantity and destination through contact.
Do you sell to the UK?
By quotation only, with quota, customs and ADR agreed per order. Details on UK supply.
